Profile

Silvia Pergetti is a social scientist with 12 years of international experience working on energy access and livelihood enhancement in rural development settings, with regional focus on South and Southeast Asia. Silvia is skilled at both qualitative and quantitative research methods for evaluating the socioeconomic impact of off-grid renewable energy technologies – especially solar mini grids and standalone solar systems. Silvia has a growing portfolio of projects working as an independent consultant; clients include the Government of the UK and the World Bank.
