Joseph Conrad is a PhD candidate in Political Theory. Joseph's PhD project, entitled "Climate Justice and the Corporation as a Moral Agent", examines business corporations' role as collective moral agents and political actors in the context of the climate crisis. Specifically, Joseph investigates corporate responsibilities for climate change mitigation and adaptation. Joseph is also a research assistant in the UKRI funded project "Financially redesigning the Anthropocene" at Warwick Business School, which investigates financial tools, data, and practices for climate risks and targets.
